... even which are not under his KPI(s) are considered nuts at the end of the year. Many of the employees are getting merely satisfactory pay who have given his whole hearted over 15 years to this company.

...ce for new approach (may be it varies from boss to boss of various departments). Company do not think about wellfare of the employee and even not providing a satisfactory payscale in comparison to inflation.

... are supportive but management is not transparent.Company policies are not good.They give not good salary hike but they give bonus every year.
