Have many department for doing different specific work. Salary comes timely on last working day of each month.

User team develop unnecessary heavy pressure to civil team for finish the project before the time.

Office timming is good. One can learn corporate office & work culture fast. Company policies are good, appraisals are low & unsatisfied as per job roles. But bonuses are good.

Dislikes

...ics & gossips. Few RM(s) don't support & address our issues to upper management. Salary is unsatisfied as per job post & job description. Career growth is also slow. Also RM will not entertain to retain good employees who are expertise in there fields.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

It was a good experience working here the team is supportive and senior listen to your queries and help resolve them but the various units of plant management are not good. The civil HOD sitting at kanpur head office was a very good person and always supported their team members.

Dislikes

Growth is less and salary too... Plant manager can be good or bad depending on the units you are posted so maintain co-ordial relationship with them. There is lot of internal politics that one has to be aware of. Every single person working at RSPL thinks that they have got a government job and they are happily settled because most of them comes from UP region. Specially the person sitting at head offices.

... even which are not under his KPI(s) are considered nuts at the end of the year. Many of the employees are getting merely satisfactory pay who have given his whole hearted over 15 years to this company.

...ce for new approach (may be it varies from boss to boss of various departments). Company do not think about wellfare of the employee and even not providing a satisfactory payscale in comparison to inflation.
