The salary in this company comes at a very good time and the rules of this company are very good. I like age and company.

Whatever work the company does, it does it properly. No film is made on anyone. There are many good things about it which means promotion and salary increase. Applying increments is all good. That is also roll time.

salary and incentive on time, big brand job security is more if compare with other indian corps.

company is losing its charm and brand value in market, sales is declining month after month and nobody wants to take corrective action. quality of product is declining. if anybody wants to join company he should take 2 to 3 lac personal loans because there are so many issues regarding claims and commitment in the market. undercutting is very big issue and company knows this but dont want to resolve. they come up with vague and unpractical ideas every month to boost sales and hygine but it backfires every month.no work life balance. company works on advance and everybody from upper level just wants payments at any cost. kindly research before joining.

WLB not good in company. Culture totally Rajneeti like bhai bhatija war. No job security. Over work load. No time limit of working. No time for personal & family life.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work culture is good. Company scheme policies good and timely delverd. ASM TSO behavior is very good and supportive nature.

Salary is vary less. Career growth is just like stop here in 2 years.no increment and no Salary growth .2 saal pale jaha the wahi pr aaj bhi.bs work loaf bda Hai.....
