Rspl company is a best company to do work. It gives more benefits like 2BHK Flat , 4 time Food(Lunch,Dinner, Morning Breakfast, Evening Breakfast) , Snacks Daily, Gym Free , All types of Indoor and Outdoor Games , Temple , Festival Functions.

...CTC. Example : CTC is 3.2 LPA but benefit is 1 lakh...and 20000 bonus per year So actually our package is 4.4 LPA but on paper CTC 3.2 LPA considered. So it is not good thing. Allowances have to add in CTC.

Have many department for doing different specific work. Salary comes timely on last working day of each month.

User team develop unnecessary heavy pressure to civil team for finish the project before the time.

The company is very good. Salary comes at the end of the month. It is the best in terms of security and takes great care of its employees. I am very happy to join the company.
