New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

RSMS Architects Pvt Ltd Chhor company hai staff ko parshan karta hai kam Kara leta hai salary nahi deta hai mera bhi salary hold karke rakha hai please koi mat join karna bahut bekar company hai six days work karoge to bhi Sunday ka salary nahi denge join aaj karoge salary kal se count karega.

...sparent. There is a no dining space no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are worst no appraisals, no good salary hike and no bonus every year.

Management uses abusive language in the office. Team Leaders don't let staff go home on time. They will not allow you to carry anything for your portfolio. They don't provide proper reveling certificate and experience certificate.

My experience with this company was quite negative. The work environment is toxic, and the management's behavior is not supportive. The boss's attitude is not good, and employees are not treated fairly. The company can terminate anyone without any reason, which feels very unfair. I believe the company should treat its employees in a better and more respectful manner
