Policies are not good if they do not get payment from client due to their mistake they do not pay to employees as well.

Hmm there is no promotion as per desktop engineer i work for diffrent commny on 3rd oarty payroll so hr is saying if that company will be tell you to stay for late so its agree to hr but if that company is close on any day so hr says come toh our office so this is like am a clown they are using for them benifits they dosent care about me about my future about my co dition about my time and nothing i work for 9 hrs but the offical time is 8hrs but as per this company you need to give a 100% for that company but when come on me they do t care they are giving me resons this is not fair i have a too much to say but leave it i dont tjink so RSG is a good comapny to improve yourself till they didnt send you on fiffrent company as. A 3rd party payroll.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
