I like the work culture and the respectful and familiar interaction between higher authority and lower one. You can't say sir Or ma'am to anyone. Overall working is good but little bit improvement need in partiality about the job description.

Parties and celebration ( it's, I personally don't like but they will celebrate every employee birthday and other things)

basically this is a fraud company they call you for interview but the actual job is like MLM in the name of business development associates your job is to collect donations in the name of unicef their is no salary you got commission from donation money only company's actual name is height inc not rsj inspection

Nothing to be liked in the company apart from being free , they are the most free and don't do any work company

Office politics Hr is biased on the managers Foolish management don't value their employee

The friendly environment among the all employees and owners of company. Skill Development programs and help to get work related certification and lifestyle improvement courses etc.

Not much just a bit more transportation for work.
