1)Very poor management 2)No job security 3)payment issues 4)only hard work with very less salary like KGF ch 1 5)gives more holidays to employees due to material issues and less production 6)not good for technical person because many supervisor are ITI holder ,so they does not give any value to diploma or BE/Btech candidates.

The company value is extremely good.The top management is very cooperative and understanding, and maintains good relationship with employees.

*Compensation is very bad. There is a lot of disparity in salary. People are not paid fairly. *Promotional policy has no meaning. It is baised. * Few people in the company having good terms with the management are actually toxicating the work culture. And management has no clue.

Job security is very good if you someone has close personal relationship with any senior manager. Certificates never verified here. 40% managers have fake certificate. Recruitments and promotions purely based on reference.

Dislikes

most managers are under qualified. some employees working here more than 10 years doing their personal work at office hour. Promotions are purely on the basis of reference of ED Operation. Efficient employees are mentally harassed and they can't work here for long time

People can learn many things at plant and at R&D center but at their corporate office very less opportunity to learn and grow... Not recommend to join corporate office.
