Getting promotion is difficult. Changes in operations resulted in non-smooth work environment and job security has become a risk for QA. Silent layoffs may happen at times.

Job security is a joke. Decision taken by management just changes in every second. You dont know what the company management is expecting from you. Managers doesn't think about employee career or anything. No mechanism to track performance feedback anything. Based on perspective employees are judged.. Terrible experience doesn't recommend anyone.

1.No job security 2.You are treated no less than a contractor. 3.Be ready to get PIP anytime and its way to push you out of company so that company can avoid giving you annual bonus. 4. Benefits are on paper. HR dont talk about that as they dont want anyone to avail them.

Need to be bit more aggressive in go to market strategy.

Ages old technology is being used, No active development, only support work, not much new products are being developed or diversified, Still they are milking there old stuff
