👍🏼GOOD Company for employees salary on time etc all facilities good management of company . best EPC Company for Railway Transmission and telecom sectors of all types infractures and civil works also . many big projests over and many new projects going on in various sectors railways transmission and telecom etc

i thing nothing for dislike because as i see where in working in company i couldnt got any dislike in company employees are happy and working from many years in same company i know many employees who is working here since 20 years in this company any 10 plus years working in this company too much employees so best company for employees and environment etc

...e your job. Management says if you are ok with our terms then u can stay longer. Otherwise we will hold salary full and final and experience certificate. Notice period is 3 months for supervisor also along with all staff. Full of politics.

Salary on time and all the leave and attendance appear on the application .

Dislikes

Appraisal only 2.5 percent once in a year and no job security ,of you had taken long leave for parent treatment they will terminate you they will not see your work which you have done to your company .

Salary is decent and growth in salary is not up to the mark .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
