👍🏼GOOD Company for employees salary on time etc all facilities good management of company . best EPC Company for Railway Transmission and telecom sectors of all types infractures and civil works also . many big projests over and many new projects going on in various sectors railways transmission and telecom etc

i thing nothing for dislike because as i see where in working in company i couldnt got any dislike in company employees are happy and working from many years in same company i know many employees who is working here since 20 years in this company any 10 plus years working in this company too much employees so best company for employees and environment etc

Working with R.S INFRAPROJECTS PVT.LTD have upgraded my skills and the working environment is very good , here an individual can a seek a good mentorship and growth in his/her career. It's a valuable to invest time and enhance learning and it give chance to make your de decisions .

Salary is decent and growth in salary is not up to the mark .

...perience and there is no similarity in employees and there is a lot of politics. Low salary and no growth in designation.

We have been allowed to work from home with 20% deduction in salary.

Dislikes

In order to get recognition or salary increment you will have to submit your resignation otherwise despite of giving your best you will get below average increment. This is destroying the work culture.
