The environment is old-fashioned and traditional, resembling a "Lala-type" setup. In this era of corporate culture, it feels like working with a traditional merchant. Additionally, your reporting manager will not acknowledge your skills or hard work unless you are one of their favorites.

Last year I joined this company as a fresher and one thing I must say is the supportive nature of people to help. Everyone is caught up in there work still they manage to help anytime if you have doubts. It's almost one year now adn after 3-4 months when I got hold of things I have received incentive for 3 consecutive months. After march I didn't receive till now. If I see myself right now vs when I joined, I have learned a lot

Team mates and team leader and over all staff was very good there is no politics inside office they teach how to work with innovation my manager was good and hr was so good the company give salary appraisal and medical benefits too

I recently had a negetive experience with the HR Vikas, Jaspreet, credit control manager Hemant Sandilya and company CFO Gaurav Garg. As a employee I found lack of communication and transparency from all individuals to be highly unprofessional . The HR manager showed little regard for employee concerns and provided inadequate support during critical situation.
