Dont join ECC team in RRD Go creative Chennai. Leaders and operation account managers in ECC team Chennai behaves very badly. shouts on the floor very locally using abusive words in local language and they dont follow floor discipline also. very bad culture and the way they treat employees is also bad. no work life balance. lots of politics. Management should arrange some discipline related training for the leaders and operation account managers in ECC team Chennai. Very worst behaviour and politics

Some work stress. Not too much lit bit only and please train the freshers only in english because of some people from andhra,bangalore like there doesn't know tamil right so pls train in english. I face this pbrlm and some people too and some what particiality too.. And another thing is there doesn't give official holidays too...
