Everything is good until you are in the college except salary. They ask you to submit your original marks card and a bond of 3 yrs.

Dislikes

Salary, behaviour of principal and management once you resign though you were good during your work there and also you are asked to pay 3 month salary whatever is your reason to leave. Most of them still have their certificates there and leave without experience letter.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
