Very terrible experience.No growth,no guidance, zero planning for growth

Salary is stated to release on 15th of every month but will receive the salary after 20th of every month, they will ask every staff to perform all type of task, from sales, to hr everything. No overtime money. Mr. Harun and mr. Umar are the owners/ partners they have no management skills.

Likes

There is nothing like in this company. They never switched on even AC. and you will never receive your salary. On salary time, you will always listen your a story. but not salary. after 3 months they provide you a feedback mail "your work is not according to company satisfaction". And within 2 days you will be kicked out. without salary.

Dislikes

One man Name Haroon is an idiot. always introduced himself as director of the company. he will always waste your time. to telling you a new story every day. after all that happen, if you find any client, they start change the rules. if your client not runaway, they start demanding money from your client. The amount will be 10,00,000 to 50,00,000.

Likes

Have got good experience of learning. Though the management is quite firm towards timely deliveries but that is a leaning curve for me. You need to be capable enough to work with senior management here who are having global and national experience to develop companies and startups.

Dislikes

Timely delivery and evaluation is strict for people who are less or inexperienced.
