...say u to first be in the office later they will explain about salaries and all . The fun part is they are not providing any salary to their executive in monthly basis. if u go out side and convince people to donate we will get commission that's all if no commission no money ur wasting ur time here and it's a total field job from the start u need to go outside in after noon when it's boiling hot out there in kochi u need to walk till u faint or u can't walk any more it's for generating leads best option skip this one and thnk me later for honest opinion

Hii all.. Royz is a marketing company where they won't sell products instead they concentrate on concept selling to the blue chip clients.. Royz is a place where the candidates will be trained and developed to become a individual Entrepreneurs... 75% of your training n work life will takes place in door to door sales approach and you'll be learning how to deal various customers n signing a deal with them.. Over the period you'll be building your own sales partners team to run your future business.... The more interest you show towards Developing yourself, growing to next level and money making will help the candidates to moving faster in the entrepreneur race.... Again, if you're a person not ambitious to grow, lazy in nature, wanna be in a comfort zone then I'll be telling don't waste your time. Money making and career growth In both the cases Its totally a performance Oriented company... Let it be 1000 rupees per month or one Lakh you have to work hard and close deals.. It's commission based pay profile.. All the best guys!
