New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. If you want to destroy your career come and join here. Their management service is terrible. Company is not being on their words. They can fired any employee any time. First they call for interviews 4 time and no response to interviewee. After joining they can fired any employee without any prior information and notice. In their whole company career they could have complete only 1 project. You can understand what is company growth and employee growth.
