Employees eat together.

Dislikes

Salary they pay to freshers is too low. No job security. Boss has its own standards. No courtesy for the employee. Manager is always judging the new joiners. Always pointing out. If by mistaken you do something it's your fault. They cut your salary even for a glass, if you break. No proper guidance for a newcomer.

We the Staffs docent like anything in the organisation !!

Dislikes

Actually the management have cheated the staffs working for them by changing the Labor contract by giving false information. The company does the Holiday scam business in UAE In a month they give only Maximum 02 week offs.
