HR is reactive and not supportive to employees. Management is not mature to run the show. No one is ready to listen new ideas. Induction has done after 89 days from joining.

...oyal Sundaram, your job is absolutely secured, but the growth is very very poor. You will be giving your best for a low package altogether. Otherwise the company is good to survive

...reason why we worked on all off days as well and that has now become a practice. We are made to work on weekends, given weekend targets, that too without pay. After working in dedicated manner for almost 6 years, i am awarded with financial stress, stagnancy, no development, stressful and abusive profession with no work -life balance. Altogether i regret my decision of joining Royal Sundaram.

Dislikes

After dedicated efforts for years, leaving everything else for the sake of the targets, working on almost all weekends, i am left with no family, financial stress due to its poor remuneration, poor health due to work stress, lost all soft skills i had and finall left with no other career options. I regret my joining Royal Sundaram.

No more pressure . Appreciate the thing is providing the Food afternoon. But that also not maintaining properly.

... seems like school identity card. That also nowadays Looking Good. No more trip. If we want means we have to pay. Company not responsible. No more cab facilities. Royal sundaram sets for only the people WHO ARE ON ROLLS.

Work balance is quite good and no eager deadlines.

...posting. No policy for getting promotion within team within specific criteria. Appraisal cycle is worst and no clarity every year about bonus even salary hike too. It is also true that in this company higher management does not coperate with lower level staff.
