...motion & appraisal top level only , minimum branch level manager & senior only . Field Managers got too low bonus amount & salary hike percentage every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues ,salary is decent but career growth is slow

Salary and oter benifit is good but growth us slow. Pressure is very high.only few people have decision maker no discussion about market trend startegy etc service level in middle and upper level is not per expectations. Performance get unnoticed while getting appraisal

overall company is very Good for employee ,agents and customers . Management team,higher authority .Company Claim team ,product range. Company culture is very familiars.

...good but personally i missing Sales Incentive for Sales Force in Royal Sundaram. if company plan some monthly /yearly incentive or bonus.

No more pressure . Appreciate the thing is providing the Food afternoon. But that also not maintaining properly.

... seems like school identity card. That also nowadays Looking Good. No more trip. If we want means we have to pay. Company not responsible. No more cab facilities. Royal sundaram sets for only the people WHO ARE ON ROLLS.
