...ays...my father was admitted under serious condition finally I lost my father...I worked during period while from Hospital which was known to reporting manager and later my 40 days salary was deducted which was done intentionally and no one supported no one asked me while leaving....I feel very bad of spending my 6+ years with organisation....I was really frustrated during the phase...I have all the evidence

It has been pleasure to work in this beautiful organization But I faced few things which has to improve in the organization

Every where it's common point of internal politics, I am facing here the same, coming to salary it's depends our safety and satisfaction, in this company there was no scope to raise the voice against some internal things, which need to be more important to correct guidance, Grade promotions coming very late even we have achieved our annual targets in the positive growth situation .

Royal sundaram working environment & culture is very nice. Excellent customer support & one most unique of South based company.

...motion & appraisal top level only , minimum branch level manager & senior only . Field Managers got too low bonus amount & salary hike percentage every year.

Salary and oter benifit is good but growth us slow. Pressure is very high.only few people have decision maker no discussion about market trend startegy etc service level in middle and upper level is not per expectations. Performance get unnoticed while getting appraisal
