It is small company so anyone get to know everyone in his or her department. Working environment is free. It means that you can work for other departments if you want to learn about other departments.

Dislikes

It is small company and there is no job security. People at higher level have authority to fire anyone at anytime. Frequent audits causes heavy workloads which disturb work life balance. It is chemical company so there is frequent risk of chemical toxicity and many employees dont know risk of various hazardous chemicals. Safety equipment is there like gloves,mask, headcap but there is no proper training for new employees

Very bad co. Manager are bad kam nikal gaya to nikal dete hai....production chemist 3rd class behaviour and knowledge..no growth in co. Kam padega to recruit karenge kam nikal gya to nikal denge....bakwas co. Kisi ko kuch nahi aata sab chaplusi krke aage bade hai...manager sabse bada chaplus.....production chemist chaplus......kisi ke pass knowledge nahi hai isliye sab chaplusi krte hai koi knowledge wala chemist recruit hota hai to use bhagane me lag jate hai taki unki job bachi rahe....gawar people

I have been working in Royal for 2.4 years.but i have less sallary in freshers and my juniors. my increment is less than for my juniors.i have worked in GC department and i handled in alone for 6 months. however i have less increment with my juniors
