Management, frequent transfers from one store to another. official working hours are 10.5 hrs which is against labor laws. overtime on weekends, no appreciation from managers. employee treatment is not fair. lot of politics.

Not much because no one support here and they always transfer the duty to other person to be free the don't thing to help and resolve

... the product. Their us no good increment if we get them don't get that on basic. No company can decrease basic salary is they aren't increasing but this company do. I don't know why

Work culture and like minded people No growth no development no employee benefits Micro management toxic work culture Payroll cycle and salary date and one bank policy Attendance punch system which is horrible Long working hours No canteen for lunch or breakfast and tea Tiny toilet and washroom

There is no job security in royaloak because of the reason every month 2-3 time's po stock adjustment will be in office ,floor setting, delivery and everything will be here...if you are not achieving your monthly Target 3 times company will remove you
