I had worked in Royal mail for 15 years. I feel so happy after resigning my job from there. Too much of politics. Very difficult to grow our career and get other opportunities unless you be someone's favorite in some way. Also couldn't find equality in race, age, etc. Although it is mentioned in the official documents that it's all taken seriously.

They provide good training. I used to work as a customer service consultant and in 8months they gave me opportunity to become a branch mamager. The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I proud the fact i was a part of ROYAL MAIL. I am British citizen. I came in the UK on HSMP visa in 2005 and i became British citizen in 2010. I got OCI so i can stay in India for indefinite.
