Politics between seniors 5.No bonus, increment in 2years, they don't give your arrial money 6. Company oweners family hunt you everytime they come 7.office employe give jobs to their family members casually 8.you will be slave, worker or supervisor but not engineer in this company

For learning the company is very good but for earning the company is worst. Increment one in two years. Tremendous work pressure but remuneration is nothing as per work pressure.

What I like about working at royal is exposure to every area. During covid -19 company deducted salary of every one by 10% which is not good as during lockdown we worked more than the normal time.

Dislikes

Increment is in every two year which is not good.No weekly off which is very hectic.
