What I like about working at royal is exposure to every area. During covid -19 company deducted salary of every one by 10% which is not good as during lockdown we worked more than the normal time.

Increment is in every two year which is not good.No weekly off which is very hectic.

...taff or teammates are very helpful and support. Our senior management also good. Salary scale is average. Company gave us salary month to month, no due payment pending. Accommodation and travelling facilities are also available. Career growth of our company is better than other construction company.

1.Staff Ka behaviour Sahi nahi hai. 2.Yaha Hamesha Dhamki dete hai Job se nikalne keliye. 3.Yaha per Har hamesa Rajniti (Pollitics) Chalta hai Jitna Staff hai Unke Bich me. 4. Is company me koi join mat karna yaha job secured bilkul nahi hai, Kabhi b nikal denge ye log Bina notice diye.

I dislike Everything - 1. 12hrs working 2. They lie about accommodation 3.They warn you everyday that you will be fired 4. Politics between seniors 5.No bonus, increment in 2years, they don't give your arrial money 6. Company oweners family hunt you everytime they come 7.office employe give jobs to their family members casually 8.you will be slave, worker or supervisor but not engineer in this company

For learning the company is very good but for earning the company is worst. Increment one in two years. Tremendous work pressure but remuneration is nothing as per work pressure.

Dislikes

Very bad pay structure. No facility other than monthly salary. MD always pay attention in the computer of everyone like examiner of a school.
