Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

What I like about working at royal is exposure to every area. During covid -19 company deducted salary of every one by 10% which is not good as during lockdown we worked more than the normal time.

...taff or teammates are very helpful and support. Our senior management also good. Salary scale is average. Company gave us salary month to month, no due payment pending. Accommodation and travelling facilities are also available. Career growth of our company is better than other construction company.

I dislike Everything - 1. 12hrs working 2. They lie about accommodation 3.They warn you everyday that you will be fired 4. Politics between seniors 5.No bonus, increment in 2years, they don't give your arrial money 6. For learning the company is very good but for earning the company is worst. Increment one in two years. Tremendous work pressure but remuneration is nothing as per work pressure.
