What I like about working at royal is exposure to every area. During covid -19 company deducted salary of every one by 10% which is not good as during lockdown we worked more than the normal time.

Dislikes

Increment is in every two year which is not good.No weekly off which is very hectic.

...taff or teammates are very helpful and support. Our senior management also good. Salary scale is average. Company gave us salary month to month, no due payment pending. Accommodation and travelling facilities are also available. Career growth of our company is better than other construction company.

Politics between seniors 5.No bonus, increment in 2years, they don't give your arrial money 6. For learning the company is very good but for earning the company is worst. Increment one in two years. Tremendous work pressure but remuneration is nothing as per work pressure.
