Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is one month notice period for registration. Employments are for project basis. No new joinees are appointed in the projects sites.

I love the company as a good cultured people here. Management is also good. In covid -19 situation they do not fired and staff only cut some part of salary. So overall it's a good experience.

The work culture is excellent, with timely salary payments every month. There are ample opportunities to learn new skills, and the higher officials are friendly and supportive.

I joined as a project based employee that's only my dislike from my side only . Not company issue.

Work-life are balance due 40 hours work week and spent a lot of times with family. The company organizes an annual get-together gathering that includes all employees regardless of position. As an expat, the company obliged as to conduct training as a knowledge transfer to a local counterparts.
