... behind the scenes in the admission department, raising voice is very important. And about the salary the maid that is working in 1-2 house for about 4 hrs in a entire day is earning more than the job that you will be doing in the admission department. That's all I want to say.

Career advancement seems to depend more on office politics and favoritism rather than merit or performance. Team collaboration is minimal, as most individuals prioritize self-preservation over supporting colleagues. Overall, while RGU focuses on maintaining a strong public image, the internal work environment leaves much to be desired. I would recommend exploring other opportunities for a better professional experience.

Ohh there are many.Vision less management. The HR is the worst.Trust me c will act as if c owns the place.Toxic meetings where a layman will speak absolutely anything which is coming out of their mouth. Its just bad

Teaching students give a sense of happiness if you like to teach. Otherwise the schedule is hectic but there is no overtime work so work life balance is maintained.

Lack of proper visionary of the university. There is no centralised system and as a result redundancy of work prevails everywhere. Also job security is a reason. Growth of career is almost zero.
