In royal Enfield my teammates are very cooperative, they always help me to grow better.

As per work I didn't get enough salary to fulfill my needs. Actually I attended my workshop around 10-12 hours and handle all complaint of customers but no one appreciate me about my work.

Salary is not good. But it depends upon your dealer boss ....In my case boss was not good enough for me . He did not treat me well.

I like the exponential growth of our company .i would like to suggest you to enhance the career growth of your dealership employee. please look at him specially consultant they are your marketing brand . i am a mechanical engineer i have joined your company dealership because of my career growth. so please try to move as per expectation thank you

everything is ok. but the salary scale in dealership employee should be specified as per Royal Enfield .

...flatform and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
