There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I word in Royal Enfield Agartala PNR automobiles.the providers in less number of salaries but at the last month when I was not working with them anymore they don't give my previous month salary they said you will not get it. Mr sayanta das is the main culprit. So that didn't provide us the salary and they make one employee to work several employees work.like you you are a sales executive you have to work in sales executive you have to work in gears as well you have to work in Tally sales you have to do the follow UPS and sometime CRM as well. SO PNR AUTOMOBILES IS A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH ROYAL ENFIELD.

Your job role is sales executive bt but you are doing for 5 people to work but you are only paid for your work that's not good . PNR automobile dealer trying to save their money.
