... the management doesn't address our issues initially after contious enforcement. Salary is decent and if you join as a fresher and a year experience guy, RE offers you a good pay scale. You are not supposed to use your mobile phone inside the work place

Very worst culture and no skill development at vehicle assembly especially Managers treating FTE s in very bad mannersim. Unwantedly changing FTE s position inside the vehicle assembly . I worked at vehicle assembly within 1 year my field changed to multiple supervision position so I can't perform well and can't go through appraisal procedure so I resigned with 1 year. So don't spoil your career by choosing Royal Enfield vallam in Vehicle assembly production department. You will experience cheap politics by superiors .

1. You will learn a lot. You will able to take ownership of real products and do whatever you want. 2. Tremendous opportunities to learn cross functional systems. 3. You can take leaves as per your wishes and you are also allowed to take 2 weeks of leave at a time, which is really great.

1. Very less salary. 2. Too much team politics and toxic group managers or HoD.

Complete your target another then your salary debit to dealer this totally third party job & coordination with franchise dealers then company or dealer said you we can’t afford you then you are resigned

Only the things I liked was casual dressup culture. Sometimes you will get a boss who is completely dull compared to you and lesser qualified (not even graduate) than you. This will help you to give various "golis" to your boss.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Once they will came to know that u are searching for jobs they will start torturing you by cutting you variable pay without any appraisal discussion. Travel policy is terrible. You will not get proper reimbursement or limit for travel.
