...itics was the main role which places much and it won't allow us to move forward. And the second one the salary,not suitable for your working. Finally the career growth,the dealership won't allow us to get more training and also won't support us to become an employees at the production side.

Job Sercurity is not ther as of now. Management getting worse in terms of people management. Few of the company policies are good but not for Employees.

Dislikes

Decent salary but no growth, no recognitions at all, only work goes on, no life. They keep you engaged from 9am - 8pm as it is WFH, they think people might be enjoying in working hours. Unproductive concalls.
