RE has excellent work life balance. You would get to learn a lot. Small teams. You would get 25 days as personal holidays and 12 days sick leave. In addition to that 10 days Govt. holidays and weekends off.

Dislikes

Salary is very less compared to the role offered. Starting ctc for pget is only 5 lakh, while other automotive companies pay at least 8 lpa. HR policies are very bad.

...itics was the main role which places much and it won't allow us to move forward. And the second one the salary,not suitable for your working. Finally the career growth,the dealership won't allow us to get more training and also won't support us to become an employees at the production side.
