New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Working experience I have learn alot Almost a year when I increase my salary but I not complain, politics too much but still good salary came on that month once only they have late cause of this situation. Appraisal it's only a paper, 15days local leave 1month unpaid half salary if u go cafeteria u have free food if not u buy ur own if u r under quarantine ubhave free food but if u r unpaid or local leave no free food.

The worst place for anyone to work in any field I would suggest never ever to even consider working there the management is trash first the complany promises lot of things and when you are employed in the company the companies treats you like trash no job security nothing they terminate you without any reason because they don't have placement areas
