UK syconment options were there initially but after covid phase it's ok hold , but lot of opportunities to collaborate with UK, internal career fairs

RBS is a great workplace for freshers, those people who wants to start their career in the UK banking operations. As a freshman a person wants job security, great learning and work-life balance, and TBS gives you everything.

One things, I personally don't like about RBS is the growth perspective. For freshers it's good but for experience staff, RBS isn't the place where you get the best pay scale for sure. I also depends upon the domain you are working in but my personal experience is in operations, and pay isn't good in Operations.
