It is a great opportunity to work here. RSP is one of the unit of SAIL which is a Maharatna company. Management system is good. Everyone is helpful nature. Work load is mild. Work is done by SAP & MS office application which make ease to do the work. I like here very much about getting time of relaxation after finishing of work.

...d. There is no performance based promotion or increment for contractual workers. Salary is not good for workers who are under contractor.

The company is open to new innovation and easily adopts new technology.I was an apprentice trainee for 1year but the employees have never treated me like an apprentice trainee they helped me a lot to clear all my doubts .

No use of Certificate given by Rourkela Steel Plant. If you are thinking you will get a job (in private sector or anywhere) after completing apprenticeship training in Rourkela Steel Plant. Then you are totally wrong. Bada Pachhatawoge
