Overall It's a good organization

Dislikes

India Management is very poor. They always force every service engineer to stay at site almost 30 days in a month. No growth. Someone is working for 6-7 years as a service engineer.They don't even promote them to senior service engineer. As per company rules, an employee performance bonus is based on January to December performance and it will be credited to account on 31st March but if someone is going to resign on March, they will not give you the last year performance bonus. And lots of problems are there in service dept. Company policy is there but managers have their own policy and they implemented it to the engineers.

Likes

Company was good but only few people working in the company are not professional working like daily FMCG type business. Company higher officials like managers should know about the products and it's conversation ratio.

Dislikes

Managers are feeling like they are only running the company and without thir presence company will not run. Managers are feels like they are boss and if they do mistakes it is correct. But we forget something will be pointed out and prolong the matter like anything.

1)Comfortable zone for more grasping & explosure our knowledge over here. 2)Team lead support is always in every aspect of project. 3) Company gives hikes based on skill set and performance 4) Management conducts culture programs, competition Quizs and motivations training for getting better spirt

We have to spend long time hours for completion of tasks as they are fixed time zone

While joining we can expect Good hike. After that we should forget the hike word itself.. hardly 2 % hike...too much of partiality..if u are in Good book you will get double digit hike and appreciation credits . If you are not in fav list, NOTHING

Too much of partiality, favourism, too much load in this pandemic situation.. But we can't expect any appreciation credits.. People in the. good book can enjoy all the benefits...
