...e is no fixed day for salary. I have worked more than two years in this company.Never received salary on time. There is no HR person in this company.The management will lie about this.PF and Esic payment for employer is always late (More likely 3 months delay).There were no job profile when you ask for job profile they will threaten you of firing.Zero work life balance.There are no Sunday or Saturday. I am an engineer I was paid less salary than a welder and guard of factory.(They called a factory which is not registered)The clients are very nice but the production team which doesn't exist are so poor in quality the client always complained about it.I have very big responsibilities but zero power.All the power is only one hand the managing director.There is zero percentage growth in these two years and zero rupees bonus.No EL and CL will be given to you as there is no HR. There are no software available you have to download the fake version and use it.The name is Roto Power Engineers but there is no engineer who got certificate in this company.Please do not join this company or it will ruin your future like they did mine.

They don't have a proper company policy, and salary is very delay, every month need to call to finance vfor salary. This is very painful task.
