My senior chefs(sous chef) are superb and excellent(This is the thing i like the most). But the executive position are diaster. Because they all are Syrian nationalist. They people think all the people working under them are their servants.

All executive levels in kitchen they think that all junior people were working under them are their servants. And in Cove Rotana the Srilankan people having their union and the executive chef the syrian nationalist he supports them. That's the very disaster.

Likes

Its a fantastic company and has a fantastic career growth policies compensations and benefits, but in some properties the managing authorities are not very responsive to the colleagues development and benefits. I loved and enjoyed working here during my tenure. A suggestion i would like to give is kindly transfer the colleagues to different properties as spending 10-15 years in a same property is a comfort zone which Effects the work culture for the new colleagues.
