For security, works speak itself Environment for work is healthy, no negative impact. Healthy environment Aspecially for women staff. Management seems hard, but actually it is supporting and caring for their employees and provided maximum facilities in this covid-19 lockdown period too. Caring as elders. Companies policies are very good for hard worker and honest person.

Sometimes school policies shows that they are hard, but actually these all for welfare for their employees and students. So in my view"all is well".
