Give Salary delay in next month after 15 to 22 date and no work balance! Social content person learn designing in office like institute instead of focusing on his own job. It's like khichdi about job's role and responsibilities. No understanding.

Micromanagement is the main problem. Whatever experience, capabilities one might have but he/she has to work according the strategies designed by company even when employee has better approach to deal with things.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
