I liked the good environment in the beginning but after sometime it became uncomfortable.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no fix timing of job, mostly you have to do 10 hours to 12 hours work or more in a day. There is no facilities for girls who goes to there home at late night after work. No supportive teammates. Everyone doing this job for only money.
