...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot reign. On the job training is not gien to new joine

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
