Best thing about RIS was my mentor (HOD) who trained me so diversely that now I can work any where in the world.

Dislikes

I joined RIS in 2014 and at that time it was a very professional institution with professional people. The working environment was great but with in next 4 years all good people left and then started the era of unprofessional people with lack of work ethics and now it’s a place where I would never want to work. Worst thing is they don’t pay you on time pay is always 2 to 3 weeks late; once I got my pay on 21st of the month. It’s not an employee friendly place anymore.
