They chant the word "family" but are backstabbers. If you fulfill the criteria of resigning and wish to leave happily then they will worsen your left nuber of days by ill behaving.

Nothing they say they are a family but if you speak with seniors they will snitch on you to the management and get you fired The company culture is worst they only say they are family
