I joined this Reputed Company 1 year ago as a Trainee in Textile Dept. and now after 1 year of Industrial and Market Exposure and with Sincere Efforts I am now promoted and found myself completely different Professionally and Personally & found RTUL as Successful Career ladder to grow.The HR system here is Good and supports to grow as individual.Managing Director and Director are True Inspiration in RTUL.

Teammates are helpful. No such on job training, you have to learn and understand things on your own. Work environment is good, but they put their own new rules Everytime. Salary/ appraisal will be depends on how your relation with your manager and HR Dept., may be not based on performance.
