The working environment is pretty good and the management seeks for the innovative ideas and readily adopts latest technology. Another positive point giving chance to every employee to come forward and show creativity and skills. The company is willingly adapting new technologies for complete enhancement of the students. My role is to take lectures with different classes where I have got all the opportunity to create my own lesson plans and techniques.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
