The best thing about Roop automotives is their HR team . They have the best set of guys.. All are very supportive. 212 plant is the best plant in india.

Salary at the time of joining is not sufficient according to the experience.

The company is open to innovation and readilyadopts latest technology. there is on job training for employees growth as per company training schedule and employees intrest.

The compensation is decent. Junior staff work 12 jra daily.
